East London Golf Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in South Africa.
A traditional course layout set amongst hills, dunes and coastal indigenous bush, East London Golf Club has a combination of both links and parkland features. The course is also home to a family of impala, resident on the course, the Knysna Loerie and other species of bird life.
The ELGC has retained - over the years - a position of high recognition as one of the best Championship courses in South Africa. The Club and course has played host to the SA Open six times and is a regular home for National and Regional Championships, Seniors and Nomads Tournaments.
