| The Clubhouse |
The club is situated in the suburb of Bunkers Hill just five kilometers north of central East London. The clubhouse is set on high ground overlooking the course with distant views of the sea and surf.
The clubhouse was refurbished during 2000/2001 to coincide with the hosting of the Mercedes Benz South African Open. This provided for the upgrading of several inside rooms and particularly laid emphasis on the public service areas for bars, catering and functions. |

| Main Lounge |
The very spacious main bar lounge overlooks the course from its high position, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing with fellow golfers and friends over drinks and meals. This area comfortably accommodates up to 150 people and is used for all golf prize giving ceremonies.
A small bar menu is available for golfers during the day until 6.30pm, serving breakfast, lunches, light snacks, and large snack platters for golf groups at prize giving.
High quality plasma screens with DSTV sports channels are available in all ELGC bar areas. |

| Halfway House |
| The old ‘Tea house’ which had stood for many years has been recently replaced with a state of the art new Halfway House kindly sponsored by local cleaning and security company, Red Alert. A meal at the Halfway House is a great feature of the East London Golf Club experience. |

| The Golf Shop |
| Our golf shop is the entry point for golfers onto the course, where you will be warmly welcomed and directed to the starting tee after checking in. The shop staff can provide caddies, or a golf cart for your round. The club does not currently have a Club Professional, but next to the course is a driving range with professional coaching available. |
